- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency with technology and point of sale systems
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Must be able to follow company policies and procedures

- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills
- Familiarity with point of sale systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Partner with team members for additional support
- Actively engage customers to resolve problems and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote Findmore and other sales programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- Call for assistance when help is needed at checkout
- Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device for line management
- Assist with omnichannel efforts and recovery
- Participate in put backs and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards consistently including iCAP program, product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
