Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • minimum age of 16 years by May 15, 2026
  • 2 years of customer service or guest relations experience
  • ability to manage cash transactions accurately
  • reliable attendance and punctuality
  • good judgment and maturity
  • ability to communicate clearly
  • willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to follow safety procedures and facility rules
  • capable of performing light cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • must submit to background check and drug/alcohol screening
  • direct deposit enrollment required
  • valid work permit if under 18 years old
  • able to work in outdoor environments exposed to weather conditions and potential hazards

Job Qualifications

  • At least 16 years of age by May 15, 2026
  • at least 2 years of experience in guest services or equivalent
  • previous cash management experience preferred
  • positive, customer-focused attitude
  • ability to deal with customers professionally, diplomatically, and courteously
  • dependable, reliable, and punctual with a high level of maturity
  • ability to use good judgment and enforce rules and regulations
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • CPR/AED and First Aid certification desirable but not required
  • acceptable equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides required knowledge, skills, and abilities

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and check bags at the front gate
  • answer telephone inquiries
  • process registrations, reservations, and payments for admission, passes, lessons, and group reservations
  • prepare bank deposits and related financial reports
  • provide general information about aquatic activities
  • perform routine administrative tasks
  • assist with facility maintenance such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, trash collection, and restocking supplies
