Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate point of sale (POS) systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle cash balancing and problem solving
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to operate POS systems and cash handling accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to resolve customer complaints effectively
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
Job Duties
- Input all items being purchased accurately and ensure pricing is correct
- Understanding and know all price points at your venue
- Resolve customer complaints and guide guests to relevant solutions
- Redeem employee meal tickets and group meal vouchers properly
- Monitor and maintain the MasGen systems
- Assist supervisors with monthly inventory count at your venue
- POS problem solving
- Cash balancing and handling
- Ensure the venue is always show ready (lights on, music on, fully cleaned, TVs turned on, fireplaces lit)
