Job Requirements
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle cash and perform cash balancing
- Basic math skills for transaction accuracy
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior cashier or customer service experience beneficial
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to resolve customer complaints effectively
- Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Input all items being purchased accurately and ensure pricing is correct
- Understand and know all price points at your venue
- Resolve customer complaints by providing relevant solutions
- Redeem employee meal tickets and group meal vouchers properly
- Monitor and maintain the MasGen systems
- Assist supervisors with monthly inventory count at your venue
- Perform POS problem-solving
- Handle cash balancing and cash handling duties
- Ensure the venue is always show ready with lights, music, TVs, and cleanliness
