Job Requirements
- High school education
- Experience as a cashier
- Experience driving a shuttle bus or related equipment preferred
- Valid NC driver’s license
- Clean driving record

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service in assisting customers with payment for parking services, using automated equipment
- Handle special issues including lost tickets, equipment malfunctions, and lost or lack of funds
- Balance cash records and process credit card transactions and complete necessary reports
- Assist customers with information regarding the surrounding area, directions, and airport facilities
- Perform shuttle bus driving duties ensuring passenger safety and adherence to schedules
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance and workspace
- Comply with all safety, operational, and regulatory standards appropriate to the airport environment
