Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems
  • ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
  • knowledge of company policies and health regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or food service
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • basic proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant technology
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • additional training or certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate daily shift activities to ensure operational efficiency
  • provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly
  • lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve performance goals
  • ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and health regulations
  • manage cash handling, inventory, and other administrative tasks during the shift
  • train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to team members
  • monitor and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
