Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Partner with other associates for additional support when needed
- Actively engage customers to resolve problems and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote Findmore and other company programs to drive sales and enhance customer service
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkout and stock impulse fixtures
- Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior devices to support checkout line management
- Assist with Omnichannel operations, recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards including product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
