Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote Findmore and other sales programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Maintain signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures
- Use Point of Sale systems and Mobile Warrior devices
- Assist with Omnichannel efforts
- Participate in recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
- Support annual inventory processes
- Uphold company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet performance standards including sales, productivity, and attendance
