Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
  • demonstrate company behavioral standards consistently
  • partner with colleagues for additional support when needed
  • engage customers enthusiastically to resolve problems and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
  • promote company sales and customer service programs
  • complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
  • assist with signing and merchandising standards at all checkouts
  • stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment items
  • proactively call for help when additional checkout assistance is required
  • use Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device for line management
  • assist with omnichannel efforts as needed
  • support recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance tasks
  • participate in annual inventory processes
  • uphold company shrink and safety initiatives
  • consistently meet established performance standards including sales, productivity, attendance, and customer service metrics
