Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests
- assist guests with directions throughout the dealership
- process parts and service transactions accurately
- handle payments via cash, check, and credit cards while maintaining confidentiality and security
- retrieve and deliver vehicles promptly during peak service hours
- support the flow of service lane operations
- maintain a professional personal appearance
