Job Requirements

  • High school education or GED preferred
  • Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred
  • Must be professional, polite, and reliable
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb frequently
  • Ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to use finger dexterity frequently
  • Willingness to work day to evening shifts and occasional weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic math skills to compute bills and handle cash
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties

  • Work safely as we serve as many people as possible great tasting food fast and friendly
  • Greet every guest with an enthusiastic welcome as they enter the cafe
  • Take orders from customers at counter
  • Prepare order and check that it is accurate before serving to a customer
  • Operate the equipment required for preparing food and ensure that is working properly
  • Maintain food safety and standards in food preparation and personal hygiene
  • Enter customer orders and compute bill using cash registers
  • Accept payment from customers, and make change as necessary
  • Keep items needed at drink-dispensing and condiment area filled
  • Clean and organize dining and kitchen areas
  • Notify management of food or beverage shortages
