Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to stand and be mobile for long periods
- Ability to operate POS
- Ability to lift and move items up to 75 pounds
- Open availability including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

- Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Ability to operate POS system
- Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 75 pounds
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals and think creatively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Keep the store energy lively and upbeat for customers and teammates
- Engage multiple clients at the cash wrap and create a positive, lasting impression by offering personalized service
- Accurately and efficiently perform register/POS transactions, sales, returns, exchanges, etc.
- Ensure accurate ringing and pricing of merchandise, using appropriate price overrides when necessary
- Manage all aspects of a customer's expectations, clearly communicating product information, care, maintenance, timeframes and delivery
- Affirm the client's purchase and offer additional merchandise suggestions to complement and complete initial selections
- Ensure client is aware of all promotions that may impact sales
- Share information and testimonials about product, in-store events and workshops
- Maintain visual standards and supplies of the cash wrap area
- Maximize resources to get the customer what they want and resolve any issues
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Foster an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity and respect in accordance with People-First philosophy
