Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- Ability to operate POS system
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 75 pounds using appropriate safety techniques
- Availability to work full-time with open schedule or part-time flex with minimum 15 hours per week including weekends
- Availability for annual inventory and holiday season work
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Commitment to company policies and people-first culture
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Consistently keep the store energy lively and upbeat for customers and teammates
- Engage multiple clients at the cash wrap and create a positive, lasting impression by offering personalized service
- Accurately and efficiently perform register/POS transactions, sales, returns, exchanges, etc.
- Ensure accurate ringing and pricing of merchandise, use appropriate price overrides when necessary
- Manage all aspects of a customer's expectations by clearly communicating product information, care, maintenance, timeframes and delivery
- Affirm the client’s purchase and offer additional merchandise suggestions to complement selections
- Ensure client is aware of all promotions that may impact sales
- Share information and testimonials about product, in-store events and workshops
- Maintain visual standards and supplies of the cash wrap area
- Maximize resources to fulfill customer needs and resolve issues
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Foster an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity and respect
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
