Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum six months experience as a cashier or teller
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, and lifting 15-20 pounds
  • Ability to communicate efficiently in standard English
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to coordinate hands and eyes accurately for keyboard and document handling
  • Ability to differentiate between colors and shades
  • Ability to function under stress and follow instructions
  • Ability to talk and hear to communicate
  • No exposure to adverse environmental conditions regularly

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum six months experience as a cashier or teller
  • Ability to learn and follow concession stand procedures and policies
  • Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures and computer payment systems
  • Effective communication skills with diverse individuals
  • Ability to apply common sense to repetitive tasks
  • Capacity to perform physical requirements such as walking, standing, and lifting light to moderate weight

Job Duties

  • Receives, counts, balances and reports cash for payment of bills, deposits, fees, and other related items
  • Registers participants for classes and answers any questions in person and over the phone
  • Charges guests the appropriate amount and checks to ensure all height requirements are met
  • Works in concession stand preparing food and taking food orders
  • Checks-in camps and parties, ensuring payments and procedures are completed
  • Assists with various clerical support functions of the department
  • Performs related work as required
