Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to learn product knowledge
- Ability to operate Point-of-Sale systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to multitask
- Dependability and adherence to work schedule
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work various hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Product knowledge
- Knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and management
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to make change in American monetary units
- Ability to multitask and remain flexible
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independently
Job Duties
- Proactively engage and make a connection with customers
- Asking questions and listening to customer needs
- Directing customers to merchandise and informing them about upcoming events and promotions
- Provide premier customer service
- Cooperate and build positive inclusive and respectful relationships
- Maintaining check-out area appearance
- Moving and re-stocking bags and packaging materials
- Interact with customers to ensure they find everything they needed
- Make suggestions to customers on latest trends and current promotions
- Use Point-of-Sales system to process cash exchanges and handle cash accurately
- Maintain change funds and accounts for sales receipts
- Complete paperwork, reports, and reconciliation
- Complete inventory processes and ensure merchandise accuracy
- Adhere to assigned work schedule and complete work assignments accurately
- Perform other duties as assigned
