Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license with a MVR in good standing
- one plus year of solid administrative experience
- proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
- ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone
- ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- ability to sit, stand, balance, bend or stoop for prolonged periods
- normal range of hearing and vision
- ability to complete assessments and background screenings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- superior communication skills both in person and over the phone
- one plus year of solid administrative experience
- proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
- cashier experience is a plus
- automotive or truck dealership experience is a plus
- ability to effectively communicate in both English and Spanish is a plus
- ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening
Job Duties
- Greet customers
- collect payments cash and or credit
- filing
- receptionist duties as needed
- filling in at the front desk or switchboard as needed
- assist the Parts, Service and Warranty departments as needed
- other duties as assigned by the manager
