Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a food service or retail cashier role preferred
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Ability to work day and evening shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and the COVID-19 virus or have an approved exemption
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must demonstrate good communication and customer service skills

- Experience with proper food safety and sanitary procedures are preferred
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and the COVID-19 virus or be exempt from the vaccination requirement by signing a statement once hired
- Compensation pay rate will be determined based on level of experience
Job Duties
- Provide support for the retail areas of the Food & Nutrition Department including cashier duties
- Set up all stations and perform positions
- Break down stations completely ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized
- Clean and sanitize equipment and food surfaces according to procedures
- Assure that all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated prior to storage or placed for sale
- Use proper utensils to ensure accurate portions
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
