Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or provide approved exemption
- previous food service or cashier experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols
- excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide cashier support for retail areas in Food & Nutrition Services
- set up all stations and perform assigned positions
- break down stations completely ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- clean and sanitize equipment and food surfaces following procedures
- assure accurate dating, labeling, and rotation of all food items prior to storage or sale
- use proper utensils for accurate portion control
- perform other duties as assigned
