Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Experience in food safety and sanitation practices preferred
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or provide exemption certification
- Ability to work flexible day/evening shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Good communication and customer service skills

Job Duties
- Provide support for the retail areas of the Food & Nutrition Department including cashier duties
- Set up all stations and perform positions
- Break down stations completely ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized
- Clean and sanitize equipment and food surfaces according to procedures
- Assure that all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated prior to storage and or placed for sale
- Use proper utensils to ensure accurate portions
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
