Job Requirements

  • Ability to follow written instructions
  • Experience with proper food safety/sanitary procedures are preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide support for the retail areas of the Food & Nutrition Department including cashier duties
  • Set up all stations and perform positions
  • Break down stations completely ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and food surfaces according to procedures
  • Assure that all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated prior to storage and/or placed for sale
  • Use proper utensils to ensure accurate portions
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
