Job Duties
- Answer the phones promptly
- Assist the Service Department with finalizing customer service
- Wait on customers at the end of their service
- Close out repair orders in computer
- Prepare and make deposits
- File assorted documents for both service and accounting departments
- Prepare pre-write appointment packets for the next day's service appointments
- Input additional service requests into ATCON spreadsheet
