Job Requirements
- Must submit your application through the official company website or apply in person
- must have unrestricted authorization to work in the US
- must be able to pass math and drug tests as part of the selection process
- must be willing to submit to a background investigation and driving record check
- must be willing to work the specified schedule
- must be willing to work in a garage, booth, or office in the specified city and state
- must be able to navigate parking lots or garages and move to assist customers promptly
- must have the ability to travel up and down parking garage ramps to assist customers and address garage issues
Job Qualifications
- Valid state driver's license (depending on site requirements)
- math skills sufficient to calculate time and money
- excellent communication skills
- ability to operate revenue control and point-of-sale systems
- basic knowledge of safety and security protocols
- ability to work a designated schedule
- ability to operate office equipment relevant to the role
Job Duties
- Provide a high level of customer service to all customers
- use a variety of revenue control systems
- complete accurate cashier's reports
- balance all transactions at the beginning and closing of the shift
- ensure inventory of operational supplies and inform manager if restock is needed
- communicate clearly and effectively with employees and customers
- operate and monitor facility security intercoms and surveillance monitors
- remain vigilant for anything unusual or potentially threatening and inform management immediately
- monitor work area and property for safety and security
- report any accidents, hazards, maintenance requirements, or suspicious activities immediately to a manager
- recognize potentially dangerous situations and respond in the safest and most effective manner
- participate in all safety and security trainings within the market
- maintain a clean work area at all times
- process parking fees and related transactions accurately
- ensure that sufficient cash change is on hand at the start of the shift
- ensure all paperwork is complete and all revenue tickets and coupons are collected and accounted for
- ensure hiker's tickets are completed properly and accurately
- may be required to complete garage maintenance or valet operating procedures
- may be required to perform light garage maintenance duties
