Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training
- exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills
- superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to read and interpret hard data and metrics
- ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
- ability to calculate figures such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and average
- ability to apply concepts of basic algebra
- ability to create and manage departmental budget
- ability to navigate through multiple computer programs and use keyboard, mouse, 10-key and touchscreen
- comprehensive understanding of cashier responsibilities

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Operation of cash registers
- maintaining shelf stock
- stocking the sales floor as needed and directed by store management
- answering phone inquiries
- maintain a safe, clean and well-merchandised store
- provide excellent customer service to a variety of customers
- follow Goodwill's cash handling policies and company procedures
- willing to be a team player in order to accomplish competitive deadlines and goals
