Job Duties
- Responsible for use of resources, supplies and materials
- Rings up patrons in a quick and efficient manner to minimize customer wait time
- Performs cross-trained skills in the coffee station to assist during high-volume periods
- Assists patrons with any dining questions they may have, while offering a welcoming and positive experience
- Assists in sweeping floor, stocking dry goods, cleaning tables, and collecting trays as needed
- Completes daily and weekly cleaning tasks and checklist
- Maintains a drawer total within a three-dollar variance of the daily sales total
- May be requested to replenish low inventory in the café area
