Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • prior cashier or restaurant experience preferred
  • 1+ year of experience using point-of-sale systems preferred
  • familiarity with third-party delivery platforms preferred
  • strong math skills with high accuracy in cash handling
  • strong command of English
  • ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure
  • professional and clear communication skills
  • comfortable using technology and digital tools
  • ability to answer phones, process orders, and assist guests efficiently
  • positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency
  • team-oriented mindset
  • commitment to cleanliness and maintaining a sanitary work environment
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • must have a working phone for operational communication

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and provide menu guidance as needed
  • accurately process all customer transactions and orders
  • ensure all orders are entered correctly and prepared in a timely manner
  • deliver consistent, professional, and friendly customer service
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house and dining areas
  • complete daily checklists and required documentation accurately
  • support team members and assist with additional duties as needed
