Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- prior cashier or restaurant experience preferred
- 1+ year of experience using point-of-sale systems preferred
- familiarity with third-party delivery platforms preferred
- strong math skills with high accuracy in cash handling
- strong command of English
- ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure
- professional and clear communication skills
- comfortable using technology and digital tools
- ability to answer phones, process orders, and assist guests efficiently
- positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency
- team-oriented mindset
- commitment to cleanliness and maintaining a sanitary work environment
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- must have a working phone for operational communication
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide menu guidance as needed
- accurately process all customer transactions and orders
- ensure all orders are entered correctly and prepared in a timely manner
- deliver consistent, professional, and friendly customer service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house and dining areas
- complete daily checklists and required documentation accurately
- support team members and assist with additional duties as needed
