Job Requirements

- prior experience with cashiering or food service preferred
- ability to operate POS system

Job Duties
- Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts
- help prepare catering orders
- perform cashier duties using the POS system
- perform general cleaning duties and remove trash to designated areas
- provide service in all retail areas including cashiering and line serving
- cashier according to established procedures maintaining cash accuracy with receipts and making deposits at the end of each shift
- inventory and restock supplies and food products
- set up serving line ensuring temperatures are taken, recorded and within acceptable ranges and notify cooks if food temperatures are not within limits
- serve hot and cold items to customers
- set up items for purchase on daily basis
- keep refrigerator stocked and product rotated using the first in, first out rule
- stock pantries with correct par levels of food items daily
- record replenished amounts and refrigerator temperatures on floor stock form
- perform other duties as assigned
