- six months to one year food service experience
- basic computer literacy
- rotating weekend availability
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- influenza vaccination as condition of employment

Job Duties
- prepare protein salads vegetables fruits sandwiches and other food items as needed
- finish baking frozen convenience food products
- work in grill and pizza areas
- operate cash register in cafeteria ensuring accuracy of drawer
- plan prioritize and organize catering deliveries including setup and breakdown of events
- serve food in cafeteria and restock work area
- assemble patient meals according to room service orders using proper portions and prepare special diet trays
- maintain sanitary conditions of catering equipment and food preparation areas
