Job Requirements
- availability to work evenings and weekends
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- ability to stand for long periods
- willingness to work in irregular schedules including holidays
- reliable and punctual
- good interpersonal skills
- basic knowledge of computer software and network systems
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- experience with cash handling and transaction processing
- ability to operate cash register and related equipment
- effective communication skills
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and long periods of standing
- basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Greet customers as they enter the retail store
- assist with customer service questions
- answer incoming telephone calls and handle appropriately
- handle customer transactions utilizing KCX cash register system
- responsible for accurate cash handling
- price store merchandise as requested by store management
- stock merchandise on shelves as requested by store management
- responsible for handling customer returns
- perform other duties as assigned
