Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
ability to walk, bend frequently, and stand for 8-10 hours per day
capability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs overhead repeatedly
availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
high school diploma or equivalent preferred
1-3 years of work experience
familiarity with point-of-sale systems
understanding of inventory management
commitment to best-in-class customer service
ability to maintain a safe and clean store environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1-3 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a retail setting preferred
familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
strong passion for customer service and ability to work well in a team
good communication and interpersonal skills
willingness to learn and participate in training programs
ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently
knowledge of safety and compliance standards related to retail and alcohol sales

Job Duties

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling
answer customer inquiries and promote loyalty programs
bag purchased products
greet customers warmly and build lasting relationships through personalized interactions
participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to expand product knowledge
maintain awareness of promotions, advertisements, and loyalty initiatives
uphold safety and cleanliness standards across the store
ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol
complete cross-functional tasks such as sales assistance, merchandising, and stocking
adhere to company policies and assist management as required
