Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Prior experience in retail or cashier role preferred
  • Ability to work irregular schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Basic computer and cash register operation skills
  • Capacity to lift 25 pounds frequently
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with cash handling and operating cash register systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Basic familiarity with retail merchandise and pricing
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as telephone, fax, and computer software
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • Greet customers as they enter the retail store, assisting with customer service questions
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and handle appropriately
  • Handle customer transactions utilizing KCX cash register system
  • Responsible for accurate cash handling
  • Price store merchandise as requested by store management
  • Stock merchandise on shelves as requested by store management
  • Responsible for handling customer returns
  • Other duties as assigned
