Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Ability to operate POS system
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 pounds safely
- Availability to work full-time with open schedule or part-time with required weekend and weekday shifts
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Keep the store energy lively and upbeat for customers and teammates
- Engage multiple clients at the cash wrap and offer personalized service
- Perform register and POS transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Ensure accurate ringing and pricing of merchandise, using price overrides as needed
- Manage customer expectations by clearly communicating product information, care, maintenance, timeframes, and delivery
- Affirm client purchases and suggest additional merchandise to complement selections
- Ensure clients are informed of all promotions that may impact sales
- Share information about products, in-store events, and workshops to enhance customer experience
- Maintain visual standards and supplies of the cash wrap area
- Use all available resources to fulfill customer requests and resolve issues
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, complying with company policies
- Foster a respectful environment where all associates are treated fairly in accordance with People-First Philosophy
