Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or cashier experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with members and team
- ability to work in fast-paced environment
- basic math skills
- maintain regular, predictable attendance
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner
- verify, renew, and upgrade membership products
- scan merchandise accurately through point-of-sale system
- accept cash, check, and charge payments
- provide excellent member service efficiently
- maintain cleanliness of front-line department
- assist members with self-checkout and scan and pan lanes
- resolve and deescalate member concerns
- stock items and execute promotional plans
- maintain visible accurate signage
- return re-sellable merchandise to sales floor
- meet cashier productivity expectations
- follow all club policies and procedures
