Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand and move frequently during shifts
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Reliable and punctual with regular attendance
- Customer service oriented with a friendly attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow club procedures
- Basic computer skills and point-of-sale system experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- Process member purchases including verifying memberships, Renew and upgrade member accounts with appropriate membership products, Scan merchandise accurately using point-of-sale systems, Accept various forms of payment such as cash, check, and charge payments, Provide excellent customer service and resolve member concerns efficiently, Assist at self-checkout stations and manage scan and pan lanes, Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-line department area
