Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand and move on hard surfaces frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and with assistance for heavier items
- Availability for full-time and predictable attendance
- Strong work ethic and honesty
- Ability to handle and resolve member concerns calmly
- Ability to adhere to club policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
- Ability to deliver high-level customer service
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Job Duties
- Process member purchases including verifying, renewing, and upgrading memberships
- Scan merchandise accurately using point-of-sale system
- Accept payments via cash, check, or charge and issue receipts or change
- Provide excellent member service and resolve concerns efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-line department
- Assist members at self-checkout and scan and pan lanes
- Support general club housekeeping and return resellable merchandise to sales floor
