Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform frequent standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 30 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- Process member purchases including verifying, renewing, upgrading membership products
- Scan merchandise accurately via point-of-sale system
- Accept various forms of payment such as cash, check, and electronic
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate checkout
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-line department
- Assist members with self-checkout operational and technical issues
- Support adherence to club policies, procedures, and compliance standards
