- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system

Job Duties
- Support a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers
- Approach all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner
- Remain product knowledgeable
- Be aware of advertised sales
- Stock and straighten shelves and pegs in the immediate area when not directly ringing up product
- Provide a legendary experience for every customer by assisting in making buying decisions including identifying and evaluating customers' needs and making product recommendations
- Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up
- Perform all other duties as assigned
