Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Availability to work 5 pm to 10 pm Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with regular predictable attendance
- Must comply with all club policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
- Ability to maintain a friendly and positive attitude
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Commitment to uphold club policies and standards
Job Duties
- Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner including verifying renewals and upgrades
- Scan merchandise and accept various forms of payments
- Provide excellent member service efficiently and productively
- Maintain cleanliness of the front-line department
- Support the application of club policies procedures and compliance
- Deliver service excellence through all points of contact
- Manage self-checkout and scan and pan lanes assisting members with operations and technical difficulties
