- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and heavier items with assistance
- ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- strong communication and customer service skills
- regular and predictable attendance
- commitment to teamwork and company values
Job Qualifications
- basic math skills preferred
- prior cashier or sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- Process member purchases courteously and efficiently
- verify, renew, upgrade, and offer membership products
- scan merchandise accurately
- accept various payment forms including cash and check
- provide excellent member service
- maintain cleanliness of the frontline department
- assist members at self-checkout stations
- resolve member concerns with professionalism
- manage self-checkout and scan and pan lanes
- adhere to cashier productivity standards
- support club policies and procedures
- assist in other departments as needed
