Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail or cashier experience preferred
- Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds routinely
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to regular, predictable attendance
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Strong integrity and honesty in job performance

Job Duties
- Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner
- Verify, renew, upgrade, and offer various membership products
- Scan merchandise accurately using point-of-sale system
- Accept payments including cash, check, and other charge forms
- Provide excellent member service efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of frontline areas
- Assist members with self-checkout and scan and pan lanes
- Manage merchandise returns and general club housekeeping
- Ensure compliance with club policies and procedures
- Meet cashier productivity expectations
- Address and escalate member concerns appropriately
