Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand and move about for extended periods

Job Duties
- Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner
- Verify, renew, upgrade, and offer membership products
- Scan merchandise accurately through a point-of-sale system
- Accept various payment methods including cash, check, and charge payments
- Provide high-level customer service and resolve member concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-line area
- Assist members at self-checkout stations and manage technical difficulties
