Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience
- ability to calculate discounts and make change
- strong communication skills
- ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management coworkers and customers
- ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system
- physical ability to stand and walk during shifts
- able to occasionally ascend or descend ladders stairs and ramps
- able to frequently communicate with others
- able to repeat motions involving wrists hands and fingers
- able to work occasionally in low or high temperatures and outdoor elements
- capable of light work up to 20 pounds frequently and occasional lifting of 50 pounds with assistance

Job Duties
- Support a strong commitment to world class customer service
- greet and acknowledge customers promptly and friendly
- operate computerized Point of Sale registers accurately
- remain product knowledgeable and aware of advertised sales
- stock and straighten shelves and pegs when not ringing up product
- provide customers assistance with buying decisions including identifying needs, making recommendations and promoting programs
- perform all other duties as assigned
