Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- must maintain a friendly and positive attitude
- regular predictable full attendance
- ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds
- willingness to work as part of a team
- commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred
- prior cashier or sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner
- verify, renew, and upgrade membership products
- scan merchandise and ensure accurate purchase totals
- accept payments via cash, check, or card
- provide excellent member service efficiently
- maintain cleanliness of the front-line department
- assist members at self-checkout and resolve technical issues
- stock and organize merchandise as needed
- follow all club policies and procedures
- meet cashier productivity expectations
- work in other departments as assigned
- maintain a friendly and positive attitude
- uphold club GOLD Member Standards
