Job Requirements
- Ability to work Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 2pm to 10pm up to 20 hours
- Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds frequently
- Ability to occasionally bend, reach, stoop, and handle merchandise
- Comfortable working in indoor environments with occasional exposure to cleaning agents
- Willingness to adhere to club policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to work as part of a team
- Maintain a friendly and positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner including verifying, renewing, and upgrading memberships
- Scan merchandise accurately and accept various forms of payment
- Provide excellent and timely customer service to members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the frontline department
- Manage self-checkout and scan and pan lanes assisting members with technical difficulties
- Stay current on merchandise promotions, advertisements, and product information
- Follow all club policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned including working in other departments as needed
- Ensure regular and predictable attendance
