Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in retail or customer service roles preferred
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds frequently
- Availability to work Wednesday through Friday 1pm to 9pm and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable with consistent attendance
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures

- Basic math skills preferred
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service

Job Duties
- Process member purchases including verifying, renewing, and upgrading memberships
- Scan merchandise and handle various forms of payment
- Provide excellent, efficient, and friendly member service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the frontline department
- Assist at self-checkout stations and manage scan and pan lanes
- Support club policies and procedures while ensuring a safe environment
- Perform other duties as assigned including working in other departments
- Meet cashier productivity expectations
