Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cashier or retail experience preferred
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- willingness to work flexible hours
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
- regular and predictable attendance
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred
- prior cashier or sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- Process member purchases courteously and efficiently
- verify, renew, upgrade, and offer membership products
- scan merchandise and accept various forms of payment
- provide excellent member service
- maintain cleanliness of the front-line department
- assist at self-checkout stations
- manage self-checkout and scan and pan lanes
- resolve member concerns and escalate when necessary
- support club policies, procedures, and compliance
- embrace teamwork and inclusivity
- meet cashier productivity expectations
- perform other duties as assigned
