Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- availability from 3pm to 9pm Thursday through Sunday
- ability to stand and move frequently throughout a shift
- capable of lifting objects up to 30 pounds
- willingness to embrace and support diversity and inclusion
- punctuality and regular attendance
- basic understanding of cash handling and payment processing
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred
- prior cashier or sales experience preferred
- ability to deliver high-level customer service
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- knowledge of point-of-sale systems a plus
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Job Duties
- Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner
- verify, renew, upgrade and offer membership products
- scan merchandise accurately through point-of-sale systems
- accept various forms of payments including cash and checks
- provide excellent member service in an efficient manner
- maintain overall cleanliness of the front-line department
- assist members at self-checkout stations and manage technical difficulties
- support club policies and procedures adherence
- uphold a friendly and positive attitude
- perform additional duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed
