Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior cash handling or customer service experience preferred
- ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand and move frequently during shifts
- capability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
- punctual and reliable attendance
- commitment to teamwork and positive member engagement
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred
- prior cashier or sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- Process member purchases with courtesy and efficiency
- verify, renew, and upgrade memberships
- scan merchandise and accept various payment forms
- provide excellent member service
- maintain cleanliness of front-line and store areas
- assist members at self-checkout stations and resolve technical issues
- adhere to club policies and cashier productivity expectations
