Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and move frequently for long periods
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds regularly
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with speed and accuracy
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain a friendly and positive attitude consistently

Job Duties
- Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner
- Verify, renew, upgrade, and offer membership products
- Scan merchandise and accept various forms of payments
- Provide excellent member service efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the frontline department
- Support application of club policies and compliance
- Assist members with self-checkout operations and technical issues
