Job Requirements
- Must be available Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 2pm - 10pm
- ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- strong customer service skills
- ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- excellent communication skills
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
- good attendance and punctuality
- adherence to club policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred
- prior cashier or sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner
- verify, renew and upgrade memberships
- scan merchandise accurately through a point-of-sale system
- accept various payment methods including cash and check
- provide excellent member service efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-line area
- manage self-checkout and assist members with technical difficulties
- ensure safe and positive environment for members and team
- follow club policies and procedures
- perform other duties as assigned including working in other departments
- meet cashier productivity expectations
