Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
- Capability to lift objects up to 30 pounds frequently and assist with heavier items
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Ability to adapt quickly and work at a fast pace
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
- Ability to provide courteous and efficient customer service
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and positive work setting
Job Duties
- Process member purchases including verifying and renewing memberships
- Offer various membership products and assist with upgrades and loyalty programs
- Scan merchandise accurately and handle payments including cash, checks, and card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of frontline and store areas
- Manage self-checkout and scan-and-pan lanes, assisting members with technical issues
- Deliver excellent customer service, resolving and deescalating member concerns
- Adhere to store policies, meet cashier productivity expectations, and perform other duties as needed
